HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ?
Buy Byart brushes by Simply clicking on the product(s) that you want to buy, then click “buy” and either “continue shopping” or “proceed to checkout”. Once you are ready to make a payment for the products you selected, you will fill in the required information on the payment page as well as select your preferred payment method. Once you are done filling in those details, click “confirm” and sit back and relax as we process your purchase and deliver your product in 2 to 7 working days.
HOW TO SELECT AND ADD ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING BASKET ?
Select the required item by clicking on the product. This will direct the you to the Product Page, where information related to the product can be viewed. To add the item to the basket, update the quantity field with the required number and click on “Add to Cart”.
HOW TO FIEW THE SHOPPING BASKET?
To view the shopping basket the user can click on “My Cart” at the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively the user can hover over “My Cart” which will display the Shopping Cart and content.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE ?
You can pay for your purchase using one of the following options:
PayFast: A quick and secure online payment gateway that allows you to make an instant EFT into our account (there are no lengthy details required with this option)
Online payment: You can make an online payment from your account to ours. This option will only be cleared and processed once the money reflects on our system. For a quicker option, please consider the PayFast gateway.
For our Kinshasa customers there is also an option for cash payment on delivery .
HOW DO I KNOW YOUR PAYMENT METHODS ARE SECURE ?
Not only do we use the most trusted and secure payment gateways in the industry, we also offer you the option of making a payment either by making a direct bank deposit (at an FNB branch or ATM); or by making a traditional online payment. For your convenience however, we do encourage you to make use of our payment gateways, as this allows for your purchase to be processed more quickly and makes it easier to shop next time.
ARE MY DETAILS DISCLOSED TO OTHER COMPANIES ?
No, we do not disclose your information to third parties. Your information securely stored and is only used for the purposes of processing your order(s) and deliveries.
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Byart cosmetics(“we” and “us”) is the operator of (www.byartcosmetics.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Byart cosmetics will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 2 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Byart cosmetics (Pty)Ltdwill refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
byart cosmetics (Pty) Ltd will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Byart cosmetics(Pty) Ltd to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Do you ship everywhere in South Africa ?
Yes, we ship nationwide.
Do you ship internationally ?
No yet . We are working on a solution but for now we have started shipping within Africa and for the moment we ship in Kinshasa DRC, Congo
